Deep Dive: How Client-Side Processing Works
Most "online" utility tools function as **thin clients**. When you upload a file, it is sent to a backend server (often in a different country), processed there, and then sent back. This creates a massive security vulnerability during the transit and storage phases.
**Aadhar2pdf functions as a Thick Client.** When you visit our website, your browser downloads the full application logic (the "engine"). From that point forward, the engine resides in your browser's execution context.
Technology Stack
- WebAssembly (Wasm): We use high-performance compiled code to perform image processing at near-native speeds directly in your browser.
- HTML5 Canvas API: Pixel-perfect cropping and enhancement are performed locally on your device's GPU/CPU.
- jsPDF Engine: The final PDF compilation happens in-browser, assembling your images into a PDF blob without any network requests.

Identity documents in India contain sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information). An Aadhaar card contains your:
